Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

Our service is available only within Japan.
Orders from overseas customers are accepted, but delivery is limited to domestic locations such as hotels, airports, or designated pickup points within Japan.

2. Shipping Method

We deliver your order through our designated logistics partners (courier service, hotel delivery service, or airport counter pickup).
For hotel delivery, please enter accurate information (hotel name, check-in date, reservation name, etc.) according to the input format displayed at checkout.
For airport pickup, your order will be available at a designated counter or partner pickup location.
Shipments will be made based on the information you provide. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delivery issues or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Shipping Schedule

Orders are usually shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For hotel or airport pickup, we will arrange delivery according to the specified date and time.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or operational circumstances at facilities.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the product and destination. The applicable fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
During promotional periods, free shipping may be available.

5. Important Notes on Receiving Your Order

If the hotel or airport facility cannot store your package beyond their designated holding period, it may be automatically returned to us.
Re-delivery is not available. Please ensure that you receive your package at the specified location and time indicated at the time of purchase.
Changes to the designated pickup location after your order is placed cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
You may be asked to present an ID when picking up your order at the hotel or airport.
We are not responsible for any delivery or handling mistakes that occur within hotel facilities (such as misplacement at the front desk, concierge, or between rooms).
Please make sure to pick up your package as soon as possible after arrival.

6. Delivery Delays or Cancellations

Delivery may be delayed or canceled in the following cases:

Weather conditions, natural disasters, or traffic disruptions
Operational restrictions or limitations at hotel or airport facilities
Seasonal congestion (New Year holidays, national holidays, etc.)
Any other situations deemed unavoidable by our company or shipping partners

7. Loss or Damage

If any loss or damage occurs during transit, we will respond within the scope of compensation provided by the shipping carrier.
If there is any issue with the product upon arrival, please contact us immediately after receiving it.

配送ポリシー

1. 配送対象地域

本サービスは日本国内での配送に限ります。
海外からのご注文は可能ですが、配送先は日本国内（ホテル・空港・指定受取拠点）のみとなります。

2. 配送方法

当社指定の提携配送業者（宅配便・ホテル配送サービス・空港カウンター配送等）にてお届けいたします。
ホテル・宿泊施設での受け取りをご希望の場合は、宿泊先情報（ホテル名・チェックイン日・予約者名等）を、購入時に表示されるフォーマットに従い正確にご入力ください。
空港での受け取りをご希望の場合は、指定のカウンターまたは提携受取窓口でのお渡しとなります。
入力いただいた情報に基づき配送を行うため、誤った入力内容による誤配送・受取不可等については当社では責任を負いかねます。

3. 配送時期

通常、ご注文確定後1〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。
ホテル・空港での受け取りをご指定の場合は、ご希望日時に合わせて配送を手配いたします。
交通状況・天候・施設の運用等により遅延する場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

4. 配送料金

配送料は商品ごとに異なります。ご注文時に配送先・受取方法を選択いただく際に自動計算され、購入画面にて表示されます。
キャンペーン期間中は送料無料となる場合があります。

5. 受取に関する注意事項

ホテル・空港での受取をご指定の場合、施設の保管期限を過ぎた場合は自動的に返送となることがあります。
再発送はできません。必ずご注文時に指定した場所・時間でお受け取りください。
ご注文後に指定した受取場所の変更はいかなる場合も対応できません。
ホテル・空港での受取に必要な本人確認書類の提示をお願いする場合があります。
ホテル施設内での受け渡しミス（フロント・ベルデスク・客室間での誤配等）については、当社では責任を負いかねます。
できるだけ早めにお荷物をお受け取りいただくようお願いいたします。
