Omotenashi Connect, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates the e-commerce service “Omotenashi-SHOP” (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”). The Company recognizes the importance of protecting users’ personal information and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws and regulations. The Company will implement appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and will supervise employees and contractors appropriately.

6. Sharing and Provision to Third Parties

The Company may share or provide user information (including personal information) to third parties under the following circumstances:

  • (a) With User Consent: When the user has given explicit consent, we may share the user’s information with specific companies, organizations, or individuals.
  • (b) With Service Facilities or Partner Companies: When users apply for services provided by hotels, airports, or stores via our platform, we may share necessary personal data with such facilities or related companies for processing. Please contact those entities directly for their handling of personal data.
  • (c) With Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage vendors to perform functions such as payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting, customer support, and marketing. These providers must keep data confidential and use it only under our instructions.
  • (d) Integration with External Services: For authentication or linkage with external services such as Facebook or Google, we may share limited information required for integration.

  • (g) Business Transfer or Merger: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, which must maintain equivalent protection standards.
  • (h) Sharing of Anonymized or Statistical Data: We may provide anonymized purchase or behavioral data to manufacturers, retailers, government agencies, and tourism partners for analysis and market development purposes. Such data cannot identify any individual.

7. Transfer of Information Overseas

The Shop uses Shopify Inc. (Canada) as its hosting platform, and personal information may be stored or processed on servers located outside Japan. The Company ensures appropriate safeguards for data protection in such jurisdictions.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze website usage, deliver advertisements, and improve our services. Users may disable cookies through browser settings, but some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

9. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion

Upon request from a user, the Company will respond in accordance with applicable laws to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, or stop providing personal information to third parties, after verifying the user’s identity.

11. Continuous Improvement

株式会社おもてなしコネクト（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が運営する「Omotenashi－SHOP」（以下「当ショップ」といいます。）において、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要な責務と認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他関連法令を遵守するとともに、以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）に基づき、適切に取扱いおよび保護に努めます。

1. 個人情報の定義

本ポリシーにおいて「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法第2条第1項に定める情報をいいます。氏名、生年月日、住所、メールアドレス、パスポート番号その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報、または個人識別符号が含まれる情報を指します。

当社は、取得したお客様の情報を以下の目的のために利用いたします。

3. 利用目的の変更

当社は、関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲内で、利用目的を変更することがあります。変更した場合には、当ショップ上で公表またはお客様に通知します。

4. 個人情報の適正な取得

当社は、適法かつ公正な手段で個人情報を取得し、不正な手段により取得することはありません。

5. 安全管理

当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損の防止、その他の安全管理のため、適切な措置を講じます。また、従業員・委託先に対しても必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

6. 第三者提供および情報の共有

当社は、以下の場合において、お客様の情報（個人情報を含む場合があります）を第三者と共有または提供することがあります。

  • (a) お客様の同意を得た場合： お客様の同意を得た場合、当社はお客様の情報を特定の会社、組織、個人その他の第三者に提供します。
  • (b) サービス提供施設・企業への提供： 当ショップを通じてお客様がホテル、空港、店舗などの施設、または関連サービスを提供する企業に対し申込を行った場合、当該施設や企業に必要な範囲で個人情報を提供します。これらの施設や企業の個人情報の取扱いについては、それぞれのポリシーに従ってください。
  • (c) 第三者サービス提供者との共有： 支払処理、データ分析、メール送信、ホスティング、カスタマーサポート、マーケティング支援などを行う第三者に対し、当社の代理として情報を提供することがあります。当社は、これらの第三者に機密保持を義務付け、当社の指示範囲内でのみ利用を許可します。

  • (h) 個人を特定できない統計データの共有： 個人を識別できない形式に加工した購買・行動データをメーカー、小売業者、自治体、観光関連企業等に提供する場合があります。特定個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。

7. 国外への個人情報の移転

当ショップはShopify Inc.（カナダ）を基盤とするシステムを利用しており、個人情報が国外のサーバーに保存される場合があります。当社は、これらの国で適切な安全管理措置が講じられるよう努めます。

8. Cookie（クッキー）および解析技術の利用

当ショップでは、Cookieおよびこれに類する技術を利用し、アクセス解析や広告配信を行います。Cookieの利用を希望されない場合は、ブラウザ設定で無効化できますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

9. 開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等の請求

お客様から自己の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止または第三者提供の停止を求められた場合には、法令の定めに従い、速やかに対応いたします。
