Payment Timing Varies depending on the payment method. For credit cards, the payment date is determined by each card issuer.
Delivery Time Orders are usually shipped within 1–5 business days after confirmation. For hotel or airport pickup, delivery will be arranged according to the date specified by the customer.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or facility operations.
Returns and Exchanges We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
In the event of defective or incorrect products, please contact us immediately after receiving the item. We will review the situation and may issue a partial refund or other appropriate action.
(If the issue is attributable to our company, we will cover the return shipping cost.)
Sales Quantity As stated on each product page. Limited items will be available only while supplies last.
International Orders Orders from overseas travelers are accepted; however, delivery is available only within Japan (hotels, airports, or designated pickup points).
Alcohol Sales (if applicable) Alcoholic beverages are not sold to minors under Japanese law. Age verification may be required.
